SPAAR Community Campus is a benefit to SPAAR members by providing options and access to the Association. This virtual campus is designed for SPAAR members to come together for education, professional development programs, Town Halls, committee meetings, and more!
This educational offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 3.75 hours of Continuing Real Estate Education requirements. This module also satisfies the 1-hour Fair Housing and 1-hour Broker Module requirements. Students must pass an examination at the end of the course to receive credits for completion of the module.
